Our four step recruitment process of working with us

Unlike some big firms, we like to keep it simple when it comes to our recruitment process. Here are our usual steps:

1 - Review

We review all the applications we’ve received to screen for a variety of criteria.

2 - Interview

We conduct online interviews (or in person, for our London-based team) with candidates, to get to know you better.

3 - Task/Exercise

Shortlisted candidates are invited to complete a provided task or exercise.

4 - Offer

We make an offer to the candidate we feel is the best fit for the role.
