I lead OnTrack Retail as Managing Director, setting direction and strategy, and keeping delivery and service to a high standard. I am passionate about making rail retail and rail travel easier, through smart innovation and the simplification of existing processes. In my spare time, I try to practise one of the many unusual hobbies I have collected over the years.

I studied Computer Science at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE) and joined OnTrack Retail six years ago. Since then, I've grown into a Senior Developer and now lead our Scala development team. Most of my work is about keeping our systems reliable and efficient, from optimising platforms to resolving complex technical issues. I enjoy the problem-solving side of development and finding ways to make things run better. I enjoy contributing to improvements that have a real impact on how our software performs.

I lead Product and Innovation at OnTrack Retail, where I get to shape the digital experience of customers travelling by train across the UK. I love tackling tricky problems and finding smart, simple ways to make journeys smoother. When I’m not deep into designing new products, you’ll probably find me in a pool hall.


I am the Head of Engineering at OnTrack Retail, leading the software engineering department with a strong focus on quality, regulatory standards, usability, and accessibility. A Computer Science graduate from the University of Lincoln, I’ve delivered impactful projects including building Westminster Abbey’s eCommerce site. I enjoy collaborating with talented teams to deliver features used by millions. Outside work, I love travel, photography, and cooking—and I can say “thank you” in 21 languages and count to ten in four.

I'm a software project manager who thrives working from home. A certified PMP®, PRINCE2® Practitioner, I combine technical expertise with strong leadership to deliver complex digital projects. Outside of work, I channel my passion into art collecting, and volunteering on my local housing board.

As a Product Owner, I bridge the gap between stakeholders, users, and the development team by defining and prioritising features that deliver real value. I play an active role in testing to ensure quality and reliability, while also contributing to the design process to create intuitive, user-friendly experiences. With a focus on both product strategy and hands-on delivery, I help shape products that balance business goals with excellent user experience. Fun fact: in 2016 I interviewed at OnTrack to try to improve an offer from another role I’d just accepted. I started at OnTrack four days later, and I’ve been here ever since!

I’m a Data Analyst and the Data Protection Officer at OnTrack Retail. I’ve enjoyed the challenge of turning complex rail data into clear insights that support smarter decisions across the business, while ensuring we handle customer data responsibly and stay compliant. After work you’ll usually find me playing or watching any sport available to me, including the unfortunate pleasure of supporting West Ham, but don’t hold it against me!

As OnTrack's Rail Industry Solutions Manager, I provide expertise in complex ticketing and fare regulations while developing innovative features and representing the company at industry meetings. With a Railway Operations Management degree and Chartered Institute of Rail Operators membership, I've helped achieve accreditation for ground-breaking solutions like digital season ticket changeovers. My passion for travel - having travelled every British railway line and visited 56 countries - brings valuable passenger perspective to my professional work.

I’m the Technical Services Manager at OnTrack Retail, where I use my nine years of experience to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly. I lead our Release Management and Service Desk teams, balancing the delivery of innovative new features with maintaining platform stability and client trust. Outside of work, I love exploring new cultures and cuisines. At the weekend, you’ll usually find me playing football (to a poor standard) and enjoying a well-earned pint of Guinness afterwards.

As Head of Finance at OnTrack Retail, I’m responsible for financial reporting and developing models that drive smarter decisions across the business. I began my career in audit, completing my ACA qualification, before moving into the wine tech sector, where I overhauled financial processes and reporting. Joining OnTrack in 2024 gave me the chance to blend my love of numbers with a passion for technology, and I enjoy turning data into clear insights that help the business thrive in a fast-moving industry. Outside of work, I love staying active and creative. I play the saxophone, enjoy long bike rides, and have a big passion for art — from painting to exploring galleries. I grew up on a farm, so I’ve always got a project on the go and a love for the outdoors.
